The Bellagio is very nice, but it does not have a bad-beat jackpot, and the stakes are higher than most. ($4-$8 limit games minimum, and $2-$5 no-limit minimum games usually.)
Call me crazy, but I actually enjoyed playing at the Circus Circus poker room. I was staying in the 1/2-way area of the strip, (1/2 way between the main casinos and downtown), and there weren't many options in the immediate area.
3 things I liked:
1 - they did have a bad-beat jackpot. However, some folks think of this as a bad thing. They take an extra dollar out of every pot over 10 bucks. Those dollars really eat away at the table's money.
2 - they host a free tournament on Sunday for those folks that logged 15 hours of play throughout the week.
3 - the room has lots of tourist type players. This is always a good thing.
A couple bad points:
1 - it's a very small room. (I think only 7 or 8 tables total.) Mid-week, you might only have 1 or 2 tables going on for $3-$6 limit, and 1 or 2 tables of $1-$2 no-limit. There were a few occasions in slower hours when I walked in and there were no tables going on.
2 - if you're not in that mid-point area, it's out of the way.
I always hear that online you can see the people so its more of a guesing game what different strategies should be taken for online poker
you strategy depends on how you play
if you play a non paying version like on yahoo games or aol games, you should play very aggressive. its not your money, so what the hey
if you get a bad hand, its not your beer money that you lost
if you are paying, you should bluff very rarely
bluffing online gets you no where.
bluff only if people around you, who are usually very aggressive, start folding
I was watching a texas NL poker game online and this guy had some kind of software….around all the avatars there was different color numbers (red,green,yellow) etc. Kind of looked like the stock market…lol. any idea what im talking about?

This is Texas Hold'em, after all five cards are dealt the board has a royal flush (TJQAK same suit)
I am no mathematician so this is an extremely difficult problem to solve. Assuming that no hands are dealt to anyonee board is dealt, then the odd of the board showing a royal flush is 1 in 812175. With 9 hands being dealt before the board, the odds of a royal flush is far less likely. Hope this helped you at all.
