    2. spikefivefivefive Says:

      Yeah, they force …
Yeah, they force people to borrow money.

    3. spikefivefivefive Says:

      Constitutional Law …
Constitutional Law that “guarantees” your right to bankruptcy? Constitutional Law that the DOE is breaking? “So maybe I was wrong the DOE is breaking the law perhaps not the constitution.. ” Wow, you even contradict your own stupid comments.

      oooh big man with …
oooh big man with little penis and little words…

    5. edgemontkodi Says:

      You ever hear of …
You ever hear of constitutional law

    6. edgemontkodi Says:

You seem to know so …
You seem to know so much about it I’ll take your word for it

    7. edgemontkodi Says:

      ? — I might …
? — I might misspell but you clearly can’t write. Like I said ,needle dick, I will not tell you my situation… All I can say is there are a lot of good people in bad situations due to the student loan industry

    8. edgemontkodi Says:

      your a school …
your a school teacher now? Wrong DOE does issue loans… William D Ford direct loan program for starters. Like I said I don’t have to tell you what my financial situation is like. Whats important, needle dick , is that government get out of loan buisness and start educating its citizens.

    9. spikefivefivefive Says:

      None of the names …
None of the names you mentioned issue student loans. Fannie Mae issues standard mortgages and Freddie Mac securitizes them in a secondary market. There is, however, Sallie Mae who acts as a guarantor AND servicer of loans made by private companies. You are really flaunting your stupidity. Why don’t you salvage what little dignity you could possibly have left and shut the up already. It’s getting really pathetic.

    10. spikefivefivefive Says:

      You are not a …
You are not a lawyer nor could ever be one even if you wanted to. “So maybe I was wrong the DOE is breaking the law perhaps not the constitution.. ” The constitution IS the law. “Everybody! Look at him, he’s breaking the constitution!!!”

    11. spikefivefivefive Says:

      So a congressional …
So a congressional bill is the equivalent of a constitutional amendment?

    12. spikefivefivefive Says:

      “unfortunately …
“unfortunately there is right to free speech”? And then you say debt is a form of indentured servitude. What a retarded victim you must be. Go sign up for disabilty NOW. They won’t be able to garnish your welfare check, and you will be SET FREE from the VICTIMHOOD of INDENTURED SERVITUDE caused by the DOE issuing you LOANS upon which you DEFAULTED which is your RIGHT written in the CONSTITUTION along with the UNFORTUNATE RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH. lmao@retarded old bottom gurl

    13. spikefivefivefive Says:

      It’s spelled “their …
It’s spelled “their” and the DOE doesn’t issue any kind of student loans. That’s done by private banks who have the federal goverment act as a guarantor of the loan in case of default, for people like you. Maybe you’ll learn to think AND spell AND pay your debts some day Big Old Bottom Gurrrl.

    14. edgemontkodi Says:

      Like I said …
Like I said spikefivefivefive lttlemind + little penis

    15. edgemontkodi Says:

      Like I said I don’t …
Like I said I don’t owe you an explanation. But there is a lot of peoplethat can’t afford to through no fault of there own. DOE should not be giving out loans

    16. spikefivefivefive Says:

If you care so much …
If you care so much about patriotism, why don’t you do your duty to pay your bills?

    17. spikefivefivefive Says:

      You are evidently …
You are evidently ignorant as well, especially about economics and business. It must run in the family. Stop embarrasing yourself already.

    18. edgemontkodi Says:

      your little mind = …
your little mind = little penis

    19. edgemontkodi Says:

no you got it wrong …
no you got it wrong needle dick and small mind not brain…Assuming your human you probably have a normal size brain but mind weelll a parrot probably has a larger mind than you

    20. edgemontkodi Says:

      You do not …
You do not understand history nor farming to make ignorant statements like that. You are an elitest as well…. You probably are pro agribuisness not small farmer. I wonder why you even hang at this location because no eants to listen to your small mind nor envision your small penis. unfortunatly there is a right to free speech to allow self defined dumbasses to say things that you do

    21. spikefivefivefive Says:

      Thankful for the …
Thankful for the the laws that are in the constitution? It’s great that the laws let someone work the system who obviously didn’t know how to manage a business to the point of turning a profit. Thank God there are people out there who do. Otherwise, dumbasses like me would have to learn the rocket science of agriculture.

    22. spikefivefivefive Says:

      So a congressional …
So a congressional bill is the equivalent of a constitutional amendment? I know you’re not a lawyer after all, but I need more clarification because I have a needle dick and a bird brain.

    23. spikefivefivefive Says:

      Then both of yours …
Then both of yours are even smaller

    24. edgemontkodi Says:

      By the way …
By the way spikefivefivefive on a personal note I had an aunt that owned a farm and had to declare bankruptcy three times in her life. She was not rich and if she would not have been allowed to declare bankruptcy they would have stopped producing food(along with many other farmers)and there would have been no food to feed sarcastic arses like yourself. So you should be thankful for such laws.

    25. edgemontkodi Says:

      Justice Story …
Justice Story defined bankruptcy legislation in the sense of the Constitution as a law making provisions for cases of persons failing to pay their debts.1327
