Grid is amazing, very customizable too. I don't think you can get much better than it.

I need a actionbar addon that takes up little space.(prefer it to look stylish/sleek doesnt matter though)
Try Dominos ( http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/dominos.aspx ). You can change the size, appearance, visibility, location, and orientation of all action bars.
