I have fraps but it will only record ingame sound and video but not my own microphone. How do i get it to record ingame sound and video plus my own voice, or is there any other program that can do this? I have tried changing the settings but then it only make it so it records my microphone and not the game and other people's voices on vent, etc. Thank you.

It can only record your voice from microphone if you have make microphone as source audio line
You can take following steps to set microphone as your source audio line:
1. Start->Run->sndvol32.exe(for xp, and sndvol.exe for vista) , then a dialog titled "Volume Control" will pop up.
2. In "Volume Control" dialog, click Options->Properties, a dialog titled "Properties" will pop up
3. In "Properties" dialog, make "record" checked (or make #### input selected for HD sound card), and make sure "Microphone" in the following list checked. Then a dialog titled "Record Control" will pop up
4. In "Record Control" dialog, make the "Select" button of Microphone checked (or make the "Mute" button of Microphone unchecked).
After that, run the "E.M. Game Capture", and run the WOW, then you can record the sound from microphone .

get xfire u can use xfire to record in game

Just use fraps to record WoW in-game then take the video file and put into a video editing program such as movie maker where u can use ur microphone to speak over your video footage, i beleive this is the easiest way to do what you are trying to do.

well use fraps but put the video file in movie maker then press tools then narrate time line hope i helped
